Hard to believe it has been almost an entire year since Starr Pilates has been closed for in-person sessions (those couple weeks of summer notwithstanding). With emergency rooms full and infection rates high it is a sad truth that we may not go back to “normal” for quite awhile. For the first few weeks or months it may have been easy to think that we could wait it out. Here’s the truth... conditions never may be perfect to start move your body. But doing what you can with the time and space you have is important now more than ever. I’m guilty of this as well.
